Is curry okay for my diet? I mean, it's basically by some curry-powder mix and add water so I don't see how there will be any bad fat... What do you guys think?

Curry is actually great for the digestive system....I don't see anything wrong with it. Its basically just a mix of different spices so it has its benefits. You should be fine....

? You tell me if youve ever seen a FAT chinese man not me......

thay most eat currys all the time, the chap that brings mine to me door from the curry house in town is like a garden rake to look at thin as fck.

never seen a fat one.

you just see obese british people eat curries... the indian man delivering yours doesn't eat the take away crap he eats his mum's home made stuff, very different...

correct me if im wrong but isn't curry just a spice??

which would mean that chinese people being thin has very little to do with curry.

Fat Brits due to greasy fish & chips and pork pies, yanks xxxl burgers, indians way too much white rice and naan bread and the far east well they tured it into a sport 'Sumo Wrestling'.
But as for curry it should be okay as long as its home made not from a take out, its amazing how much crap and sugar they put in it.

There's a good curry place up the road from me. Their curry doesn't seem to have any excess oil or fat floating around in it and DEFINITELY doesn't taste like they've added any sugar.

Guess I'll have to talk to them to see if any of that bad shit is in there before I order up a gallon or two of it.

curry powder is not fatening.
it's the cream that most are made with that is fattning.

if you make yer own add the curry powder to creme fraiche (Or what ever spice you wanna use)

it wont taste as good but there will be way less fat.

Does anyone know if one kind of curry has more benefits than others? I've had red, green, yellow and brown curry and I have no idea if there is a nutritional difference/benefit from any of these. (Although they always clean out the system)
