Cut/Bulk Cycle First time..

Couple questions....
I am starting a cycle and i want to get cut and big at the same time...a lot of you do bulk cycles and cut cycles but....

is it possible to do both at once?? (get cut and big)

also this is my first cycle so let me know if this sounds right at all
i got QV Deca 300, and QV Test Enatate 250
i'm planning to do one CC of each per week

let me know...

Unfortunately this whole cut/bulk is almost impossible!
Unless your have some bad ass genetics its not possible.
You need to divide up into 1 or the other! If you were to do this i would add to what you have mentioned!

First of all, adapt your training and diet according to the drugs your taking for example!

lets say ur doing a 12 week cycle. Divide 6 wk bulk and 6 cut.

for the first 6 weeks get those 4000 calories (quality), tons of protein, and the appopiate ratios of carbs and fat! Training HEAVY weight low reps 6-10.

Drugs> Sust 250, Deca and Dbol or Adrol (your choice) do dosages appropiate for you!

Then cutting drops calories maintian protein, lower carbs and fat + do cardio!!!

Drugs > Winstrol!!! Primobolan, Clen and if u want a little deca but not really needed.

Hope this general recap helps and gives u a decent idea.

so if i used the doses i said above would that be considered cutting or bulking.......and are those doses high enough for a 1st timer
 
sorry if i sound like a dumbass, i have researched this for a few months but still don't quite understand it all, basically i play baseball and i am trying to get cut and kinda bigger yet remain flexible

being a newbie doesnt make you a dumbass , hell some vets and mods are dumbasses , how old are you and whats your stats and training experience ? assuming you are at least in your mid twenties leave the deca for your next cycle and do 400-500 mg of the test every week for 10-12 weeks but before you even start have clomid or nolvadex on hand for post cycle recovery . i hope this helps
 
yea maybe i'm not a dumbass, but when it comes to this topic i am very unexperienced....
i am 18 years old
i've been lifting for 4 years and the only supplements i have used is creatine.....
as far as stats what else do you need to know??...
6''1 198 lbs. estimate 12-16% body fat

bro wait at least 4 years , your body is a walking testosterone factory at 18 , the odds of screwing that up are to high , first off eat , then add a good multi vitamin , creatine , protein supplementation , get plenty of rest/sleep , dont overtrain = 1 time per bodypart a week , and most important of all EAT

listen to me on this the other steroids will shut down your own testosterone production also , you dont need steroids at 18 you need to train, eat ,rest /sleep and eat some more

But if u insist on doing your cyle.
In my opinion the dosages of 300 and 250 i think are enough for a 1st time user cuz ur body is not used to the anabolics.

For example, my first cycle was just 6 weeks of 50 mg prop test and 200mg of ethanate. And i gained a solid 18lbs.

So its up to you man. IF your interested in cutting which is what i understand Winstrol is the way to go!! Its a great all around drug through it some dosages of deca and a little testosterone so u wont get deca dick. Eat quality calories about 3500, high protein just enough carbs and healthy fats!!

Stop the cycle now, your bone structure may not even be done growing yet. You could stunt your natural growth. Your too young for AAS.
