Cutting and Running

On a empty stomach there are no carbs in your system to burn for energy so the body resorts to burning fat but this only works for a while then it starts to burn muscle . So dont think you can run 3 hours on a empty stomach.
 
Honestly, if you're running, I would grab a small piece of fruit or something...you'll burn more calories than what's in the fruit, and the fruit will provide some quick carbs...try a banana...especially if you want to see improvements in your running ability. There's a lot of debate about fasting and cardio...I know that somewhere I probably have something on specifically running on an empty stomach...if I find it, I'll post it for ya...
