so i have never done a cutting cycle so what im looking to get out of this is loose fat but gain strength. well i plan to do this in the near future and would be my 3rd cycle just need to be pointed in right direction since its first cutting cycle

wanna drop like 15-20 lbs of fat and gain strength

Weeks
1-12 Test Cyp 500 mg/wk
1-6 Anavar 60 mg/day (in 3 doses of 20mg)
3-13 aromasin 25mg/day

I'd throw in hCG weeks 2-14 at ~500-700 iu/wk.

This will depend more on your diet. I'm not an expert on cutting. As long as your diet and training are correct you should be fine I guess. Not sure. From what I've been told, while cutting lower estro is desired and 25mg aromisin is ok. I don't know that to be true, just what I was told.

first of all... one word... impossible

u are wanting to have your cake and eat it too... cut or gain, can't do both bro... to cut, or lose body fat u will have to be increasing your aerobic portion of workouts and decreasing your caloric intake... those two combined cannot produce strength gains, u WILL indeed look better, but WON'T gain strength

if u go on a hardcore, disciplined cutting phase of about 3 months, get down to around 175 and around 8% u will be looking solid, then u can consider slowly gaining some quality lean mass over the next couple years and get back up to 200 at a lower bf%

dunno bro.... i think the idea that you can't lose and gain at the same time is a bit outdated. a lot of people say it is, but i've found most of them don't actually know that much about the science of nutrition and exercise. they know methods that do work for cutting, and methods that do work for gaining, but not so much the hows and whys.

if you attack it strategically, you can build strength while running at a caloric deficit and losing fat. you can even gain size although that is considerably harder because the workout methods most synergistic with fat loss are usually not the best way to add size.

and that is natty. if you can do it natty, SURELY you can do it with gear.

i don't do personal training much for work. the other work that i do keeps me plenty busy but i do work with a few clients on training and nutrition and often body recomps centered around fat loss with strength/muscle gain are what we do. sure, they could cut way down and then bulk and then cut and then bulk and see 40-50lbs swings every time but usually you're only talking about 5-10lbs lbm change in all of that. so if you can drop 3%bf and stay the same weight in the same amount of time.... it really isn't any less efficient. it just looks less dramatic.

eat big, but eat clean, and workout for strength.... do some explosive power training, and you'll shed some fat while building your strength.

I know plenty of people (my self included) who cut using a keto diet and still managed to gain strength. I assume it's possible with any good diet, but I don't know for sure or have any experience trying with anything other than keto.
