im 6'0, 195lbs-200lbs, bodyfat 10%-12%.....been training for around 10yrs and cycling gear on and off for about 5yrs.....been thinking of running the following:
1-12 sustanon 500mg
1-12 equipose 500mg
1-8 anavar 50mg/d
8-14 trenbolone ace 400mg
so what do u guys think, should i change anything or add? any advice will b helpful.....thanx

With your stats, there isn't much reason to use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for cutting unless you are trying to get into contest shape. How lean do you want to get? If you are only 10-12%, why not bulk instead?

^^^Agreed if you realy are only 10%

Only thing i might change IMO is swaping tren and var...1-12 sustanon 500mg

1-12 sustanon 500mg
1-12 equipose 500mg
1-8 trenbolone ace 400mg
8-14 Anavar (var) 50mg/ed

IMO starting with tren will get the cycle going alot better then the var..for me atleast Anavar (var) takes awhille to get going but makes me extreamly hard by the end of the cycle..

That seems like a lot of test for a cutting cycle. I would drop the test down to 200mg a week or get nolvadex, or arimidex.

I am still trying to figure out what a cutting cycle is... IMO you do a cycle and restrict cals/ strict diet and up cardio to cut. The Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) allows you to keep muscle instead of your body breaking it down for the protein it provides when not enough cals coming in. So really, it isn't the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) that allows for cutting, it is the other stuff in conjuction??

The cycle is fine as planned. It could be tweaked. If it was me, I'd prefer to run anavar all the way through. I'd also run T3 at 75-100 mcg. all the way through and I'd probably run clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 off.

I don't understand why a guy who asks for help on his cutting cycle gets people telling him he should bulk instead. ?? I'm 10-12% and I would love to be at 8%.

Thats alot of gear for just dropping a couple pounds. I think its complete overkill.

1-12 prop 75 eod
1-12 40 Anavar (var) ed
1-12 tren ace 50 eod
1-12 eca ed
+
clean diet
cardio

you won't listen but it's all you need if not more..

more is better...what it is'nt?

I just don't think there is any point in using all that gear for a cut, especially when the person in question is only around 195 lbs. Muscle loss isn't going to be a huge concern as long as you don't go crazy with the calorie deficit. If I were going to run that much gear, I would make it a bulk possibly with the last couple weeks being a cut, rather than wasting it all trying to get below 10%. You could easily do the cut natural or even with just test and not all that other stuff.
Of course if you are trying to get into contest shape, that's different, but I've never heard of anything starting out at that weight and cutting down for an untested competition...

Well, I wish we were all that gifted, but we aren't. I know I could not personally achieve his goals naturally. I personally wouldn't hesitate to use that much gear to cut. I'm only 200 lbs. at 6 ft tall, and about 9-10% bodyfat, and I never go off. Granted, I do a ton of cardio and I no longer eat to be 220 lbs., having decided this is a much better "fighting weight" for me. I don't know why getting below 10% isn't a worthwhile goal, and I wouldn't consider it a waste of gear to pursue it.
