Cutting Cycle - Thoughts?

After having almost 9 total years experience. 6 years lifting seriously, and 3 years off and on (in the beginning) I think I'm ready to jump into my first cycle. I have failed to achieve the physique I desire my last two cutting cycles. Naturally, once I get to 12-13% body fat. My body just seems to burn so much muscle after that point. Being 28 now I know things will just get harder. While I have no problem gaining LBM, strength naturally, I am not so keen with the bit of fat which comes along with it.

Having done a bit of research off and on over the years, combined with the fact I have now a 100% legit source. I would like some input on this cycle:

The goal is to Maintain 100% of my muscle while dropping bodyfat to 8-10%. Currently I stand 6' 1 and weigh 228lbs @ 17% bodyfat. And to maintain I need to consume 3500 calories (if doing no cardio)

I plan to add in HIIT 5x/week and drop the calories to 3000 to start. Training 4 days a week on a upper/lower split.

With the help of this:

Week 1-9: 500mg Sustanon 250 (E3D)
Week 6-8: 50mg Winstrol (ED)
Week 10-11: HCG 1000iu (E3D)
Week 11-12: Clomid 100 / Nolva 20
Week 12-14: Clomid 50 / Nolva 10

Arimidex to use 0.5mg during the cycle as needed.

I was also thinking of swapping out the HIIT with clen during week 11-14 to help the body adjust and just go back to weight training during PCT.

Hoping for the end result to be somewhere in the 205lb 8-10% range.

Is it recommended to add 500iu of HCG throughout?
Also if gyno or something occurs is Adex usually enough, or should it be run with Nolva?

The reason for these particular choices is due to the fact they are all 100% legit, pharm grade. My requirements before ever popping my virginity was such to not mess around with under-dosed, underground, sometimes fake and dirty suppliers.

Solid cycle - maybe extend to 12 weeks "on" though for better results, since you're shut down and PCT'ing afterwards anyways
 
Clen is very catabolic I would not do it when ur on pct.cause ur body is already lacking the testosterone and it needs too recoop from it and so maintaining muscle is crucial.
