Okay, I just got done with Baseball season. I had to quit working out for 4 months because of it. My Body fat was 7% before baseball. Now I can feel that I have a lot more fat on me now. So, i need to know if I should get right back to bulking and gaining muscle that way. Or do I need to cut first to get rid of the fat and then bulk? I've heard people say both i'm just not sure which way is to go with my certain case.
