Female, age 27, 20%bf height 5"5. 3 x spinning sessions per week- just started more cardio again, weights 3x per week usually full body as don't want size. I need to cut and get lean id like to be 15% bf... I've trained for years but ALWAYS had belly n love handles and hate it. I need a diet I can

First OP you will not get bulky from lifting weights, you just don't have the hormones for it. There is no such thing as toning. You are only going to gain muscle or lose it. Your strenth training program sould involve you going to faliure when lifting otherwise you are wasting your time lifting. Cardio is good for after lifting, its the only time I do cardio and is the best time to burn the fat.

In order to stard a diet you need to calculate or metabolism, there are plenty of easy ways to do this a google search away. Once you know your metabolic rate you need to cut your calories by about 500 calories below your matainance level, which is the calories needed to maintain current weight. So whatever that is cut it by 500 calories, 250 calories may even work. You need to be eating lots and lots of protien and healthy fats, carbs are important too but mostly for before you work out. Losing wieght is all about the golden rule, if you eat less than your body burns you lose weight, if you eat more than your body burns you gain weight. Period
