Cutting diet

Okay so, I'm okay with eating the same stuff everyday so here is how it looks.

2 hard boiled eggs 1 whole wheat toast w an apple

Can of tuna w 5 mini carrots and some broccoli

Bananna and orange

Broccoli w 1 chicken breast and spinach

1 chicken breast

I am 22.. 5'11 185 pounds.. Hit the gym 5 days a week 3 lifting and 3 cardio (double up on one day)

Any suggestions??
 
I don't see much of anything in there bud protein needs bumped up add some carbs (besides veg). You wanna be in a calorie defict but not to the point your body turns catabolic, from what see personally with the amount of training you do, your gonna starve.
