Hey all,
This will not be my first time cutting down into the 5-7% BF range, but it will be my first time competing in a physique competition as the reasoning behind it. (in the past i've done it for the beach, boxing, track, modeling gigs, etc.).
I'm currently 4 weeks into:
Wk1-16 test e 200mg EW
wk1-14 tren e 400mg EW
.5mg caber e2-e3d
100mcg clen ed (2 benedryl taken at night)
50mcg t3 ED
I've been 'cutting' for the past two weeks or so, and am currently 5'10.5 194lbs 9% BF. I usually cut too quickly and burn up way more muscle than I should, so this time around I'm trying to follow my diet more strictly/not drop down to low in calories. Ideally i'd like to go no lower than 185 at 6% BF.
I've been tracking my exact calories for the past 3 days, they've been as follows:
Tues: 3118.5 calories (238g pro, 365g carbs, 78.5g fat)
Weds: 2505.5 calories (278.5g pro, 160g carbs, 83.5g fat)
Thurs: 2250 calories (249.5g pro, 196g carbs, 52g fat)
I was planning on doing moderate carb days followed by lower carb days, today I plan on hitting around 2800 calories or so. I do cardio typically 3-5x a week for 20-45minutes. I lift 4-5x a week.
Any glaring issues? The contest is 9 weeks away. I think my only issue will be not dropping the weight/bf% too quickly and burning through precious muscle.
