Cutting phase during a bulk cycle? Need opinions!

Hey guys, so I've been doing 5UI's of HGH for 2 months now and it worked in a completely different way than what I was expecting and what I had heard, I gained a solid 10 pounds hardly changing anything in my diet.. I did gain some fat though. I had planned keeping the 5UI's of HGH ED and adding some Test and Deca for a few months to bulk some more but now I'm not really happy with my bodyfat especially around the stomach so I'm actually thinking of doing the Test but replacing the Deca with Winstrol and try to cut a good 5-7 pounds of fat before going back to bulking til the end of my cycle.. What do you think? Would I just lose the muscle I've just gained rapidly by cutting the calories or the HGH and Test would make sure that I keep my muscle? Thanks for your opinion!
 
I think that is the first time I've heard of HGH not only adding 10lbs in 8 weeks, but INCREASING body fat too. Cutting and bulking are honestly more about diet and changing training around a little.

There are obviously some compounds that are better suited for the task, but I don't think you should hit winstrol unless you're worried about water manipulation - like before a show. I've personally cut while on deca, and really appreciated the joint relief while doing countless hours of horrible, mind-numbing cardio.

You can attack this from several angles; "lean bulk" where you keep your calories from clean sources at a very small surplus, a traditional bulk with 500+ calories over your TDEE - cutting afterwards, or try a recomp by keeping calories right around maintenance, taking advantage of the anabolics shifting your existing mass more towards muscle instead of fat. The first and last are similar, but there's less chance of adding more fat with the last.

The only real problem with this kind of approach is that results tend to be less dramatic, requiring more time to see the end result. A traditional bulk followed by a cut tends to have the same end result, but during each phase you can see the changes happening faster. I suspect that this is why it's a more popular way, as seeing these changes serves as a continuing motivator - pushing you harder.

I guess this was more food for thought than an actual recommendation as we're all different and some guys simply don't have the patience (or time) to go at it slower. Other than forgetting the winny. :p

Gaining fat with HGH? Its supposed to increase lipolysis shortly after administration, so if you want to burn bf, I'd suggest doing cardio 20 minutes after injection.

Your best bet to lose fat and maintain
muscle is to take the HGH in the morning upon waking, 20 minutes later going fasted cardio.

I mean I could lose weight really easily with just lowering my carb intake a bit I'm just wondering if I'm gonna lose my muscle that I casically just gained over the last 2 months.
 
I don't know your cycle history but I would keep the hgh the same and do fasted cardio as already suggested and run test and mast probably 500-750mg test and 600-750 mg mast a week. This would keep you from losing muscle and by doing the fasted cardio just eat at maintenance and you should lose body fat and not muscle.

Some thing s just do not fit in the same sentence or train of thought JC. I know we ve had different opinions but I ll echoe Dr. HW s sentiments that patience, diet, training and knowing YOUR body and how it responds to the aforementioned item s and GEAR.

Winny to cut is b/s bro science unless like HW said , to shed..or dry out that bit of water twixt muscle and skin ( and connective tissue s) for very ADVANCED bbders or like explicit...very SHREDDED types. ( damn it son ur ripped ).

I do not think you wil go catabolic and lose any muscle you gained in the last "2 months" ; u may lose substantial water..ie...the fullness aas give muscles...either those already there or that what IS POSSIBLE to actually build in 2 months...100 percent muscle ??? If you built 8 real pounds of muscle u r very very fortunate...or have done a real good job !!

But.I m old and feeble now..I know winnny is overrated...deca is a god send to my body and a slow pace win s the race. :)

Alright so I'm starting to be pretty huge now but my stomach looks like shit lol so like I said I wanna do a bit of a cutting phase before putting on some more pounds.. I opted for anavar with my test and just cutting a lot of carbs out of my diet, I'm just really scared I'm gonna lose the muscle I've just recently gained.. What do you guys think about the Test and Var combo to retain as much muscle as possible? Thanks!

I recommend long easy aerobics for like 30-45 ms e d before u train as it won't tax ur muscles won t fatigue u or really burn up ur reserves

I do 30 ms e d of my life at 2.6 mph at a 5of 15 incline

Thanks! Do you think I have a good chance of retaining all my muscle with var and test even though most of it is pretty much brand new?
 
Unless u are on trt, do one or the other, a 12 to 16 week cycle isn't long enough to bulk and cut at the same time, choose one and stick with it

It's hard to loose muscle on juice unless your diet is complete shit, once u get down to single digit bf that's where it gets tricky to preserve as much muscle as possible while leaning out in the single.digits
