cutting progress

hi there...was wondering..
if you're dieting...does your weight count remains the same, or go up, or go down??? really wondering...thanks
 
it all depends on how much fat/muscle you are losing. Or you could be putting on muscle.
I've gained 2 pounds since cutting and dropped BF. Go figure :)
 
Oh I thought you meant your body weight.
In that case unless you are already quiet big and strong chances are you can gain strength or at the very least remain the same while cutting.
I hit PR's almost every week while cutting. Just the #'s aren't as fast.

I've only been cutting for about 2 wks. I feel almost weaker, but i've switched programs and am now using the 5x5. However, i'm using my old program still for deadlifts cuz I was still making gains w/it. I've actually increased about 5lbs on dls last wk and i haven't done them this wk. I was only expecting to maintain my muscle, maybe loose, but looks promising that I may even build a sm. amount. :) Guess we're all slightly diff. so who knows. Alot is diet. If u loose too much strength too quickly u're prob. doing something wrong. Good luck.
