i would like to start cutting up but i find it hard naturaly.what deit can i do to shed all of my body fat.also does it depend on genetics whether you can tone up or not
it all comes down to diet and training.
could you post us your current stats, ie height, weight, bf%.
also an example of your daily diet(at what times) and your training routine.. including cardio.
