Cutting Workout???

My workout partner is 27 yrs old, 6'5" 255lbs, body fat probably between 15-20%, 17.5" arms, waiste 38". He is a big guy but for some reason, he doesn't look as big as he is. Anyone have a workout routine that will help him get cut? Thanks in advance!
 
17.5" arms for a guy 6'5" is not big, thats why he doesn't look big.

Not flaming, but as a tall guy, I know the difficulty there. I'd have to be 270@10% before I even started to be happy with how I looked.

Diet is key, he can train any way he likes. Once he hits 12% or so he should start to look nice, then he just needs about another 70 pounds to look muscular :laugh4:
 
ok, then mudge, i'll just tell them that the ONLY thing he has to do is add 70 pounds of muscle...THATS ALL. So simple, wow, great advice!
