hey bros i'm 4 weeks into a cutting cycle.. i've always been able to bulk up well but when it comes to cutting i suck.. mainly because of my diet.. i've been sticking pretty good to the diet i'm on now which is
meal 1 - 1 whole egg with a couple egg whites and a bowl of oat meal
meal 2 - bowl of non fat cottage cheese with a salad or fruit
meal 3 - stir fry (chicken, turkey or lean ground sirloin) with lots of veggies
meal 4 - natural peanut butter
meal 5 - usually steak or chicken
meal 6 - protein shake before bed
eating about every 2.5 hours and no carbs after 3-4
my workouts all include 30 mins of cardio intense straight cardio and interval depends on the day.. on my days off i do 1 hour.
this sound good? any extra ideas?
i'm 230, 6'0" and not sure about my bf %.. probably pretty high tho
