thought i'd share my experience with cycle 2 about 4 weeks in.
i'm in my late 30s, been lifting since high school. cycle 1 was test e 500, deca 300, put on 35 lbs last year. this cycle i am trying a cut and hoping strength stays up or even increases, i want to cut a few inches from my waist. i used dbol for weeks 1-4, first week at 20 mg a day, then upped to 40 mg a day, with daily use of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). i wasn't trying to gain weight and was eating only for maintenance at first and began taking away calories but i still managed to put on 12 lbs. finished the dbol 3 days ago. just like on cycle 1 my traps and shoulders have taken off like a freak. it's unreal what gear does for my traps.
so far i'm down 2% bodyfat and look a tiny bit trimmer in the midsection. i've only been doing about 20-30 minutes daily of cardio so i can have room to increase cardio as progress slows. the cardio includes tabata training, hiit, and some light jogging and stairclimber. i'm also using an ECA thermogenic. strength is up on most lifts and i've been horny as all get out. my wife likes it, hehe! also, if anyone plans on anything similar, drink TONS of water. i get up and drink a 30 oz glass with the ECA and then keep it going so that i am basically peeing every hour all day long and taking liv 52 for liver support due to the dbol.
