Cycle #3, Sustanon 250.

Hi guys,

On June 5th I began a cycle of test prop, injecting 700mg a week via 100mg/ED, with oral turinabol at 60mg/ED. Unfortunately, my friends home was broken into and his gear was stolen mid-cycle, so I gave him all but one of my 10mL vials of prop to keep his cycle going, and I have moved directly into my sustanon 250 cycle from the prop, which was originally planned for after the post cycle therapy (pct) of this cycle. I have decided to keep the prop going for another week just to make sure I keep that constant flow of test in me, and I plan to wean off the Sust with more prop, so that I can immediately break into my post cycle therapy (pct).

This is my third cycle. My first was your typical 12 week 500mg/TestE, a cycle of which I gained 25lbs, kept 16, along with an obscene amount of acne that took a while to get rid of. Second cycle was 10 weeks of Test C.

This cycle will be Sustanon250, with a dabble of prop from the bottle I kept. I took my first shots of Sust last Sunday, June 19th, and I am shooting .3 ED, or just over 500mg a week. It may seem strange that I am shooting ED. My reasoning really has nothing to do with blood levels or keeping the susts prop active or any of that; I just enjoy shooting ED; it reminds me mentally that I am filled with test, and I like that. So including the prop I had initially began, this is what my cycle has looked like:

Week 1-4: Test Prop 100mg/ED (700mg/wk)
Week 1-4: Oral Turinabol 60mg/ED
Week 4-5: Test Prop 50mg/ED (350mg/wk)
Week 4-14: Sustanon 250 (500mg/week)
Week 14-16: Test Prop 50mg/ED (350mg/wk)
Week 16-20: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I have things on hand such as Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and arimidex, but I have no plans for them. I didn't use it in the past and blood work turned out fine and I recovered and kept gains well... but I am of course, open to it. I do NOT use clomid post cycle therapy (pct) because it breaks me out like something you can't even conceive.

During the first month using the prop I didn't see a huge change in weight, but a lot of change in body composition. I dropped from 211 to 205 with a slight bodyfat decrease, .4'' addition to my biceps, 5lbs to my bench, and about 10lbs to my squat.

As of now I will be consuming an average of 4000 calories, watching the scale, and ramping up accordingly until I reach 6000 with minimal bodyfat gains. I keep foods clean. I don't count macros, but I try to make sure I intake 100g of protein per 1000 calories as a sort of a staple. Diet consists of a LOT of greek yogurt, egg whites, cottage cheese, homemade beef jerky, whey, and lean meats.

My training method for the past year or so has been Jim Wendlers 5/3/1. I used to use very basic assistance, but for my cycle I use his bodybuilding assistance with a light volume tweak which is:

Not sure if its being on 1200mg of test this week, the prop leveling out, or the sust kicking in, but the past two days I have been extremely hungry and much snappier than normal. Gym lifts are great; the past two weeks I have taken zero days off with morning cardio before I was even ramping calories and I have put 5lbs on my bench press and a few reps to my weighted dips and squat accessories.

I will be dropping the prop today for the lower sust dose and be chipping away on 500mg/week.
 
Considering ramping up calories further as I can visibily see bodyfat continuing to disappear despite the surplus.

I'd like to note that in three cycles I have never suffered from testicular atrophy... something I find very strange. My gear is most definitely legit as well; I'm not sure if the lack of ball shrinkage is a good or neutral thing?
 
213lbs this morning. Waist measurement down .5. No bloat. Calories sitting at 5000/day @ at least 400g protein. 20mins LI cardio a day.
 
Strength is up a LOT. Weight is down, but there is some recomping going on. Waist is down .4'' and all muscular measurements are up. Also on EC stack right now.

I also added EQ to my cycle... I have two 10mL bottles so I just plan to use em up. I'd like to slowly shift more into a recomp or more of a lean gain so I am slowly tapering back calories to a comfortable spot. I don't like all this swapping and changing I have been doing to my cycle.. but I don't think im doing any real harm with such a mild compound. None of this horsing around is going to be done when I start my tren/test cycle.
