Cycle Advice and General advice

Hello, Im 25, 6ft 2... 195lbs, anyways im looking for cutting advice

I've done 3 cycle's in the past..
test prop two cycle's
and a tren + cyp if i remember correctly for my third,

i definately did get result's from those cycle's.. but my diet was not on point, a month or two after cycle, i had a big move (city wise) to a bigger city, got lazy blah blah, gained weight

I was at 220, ive been back at the gym now for about 1 year since i moved.. ive dropped down from 220-195lbs but my body fat percent i think is still pretty high, i don't have cut's... my diet is on point now, i use myfitnesspal to track it everyday. i do weights and cardio.. usually 6 days a week, 5 days added cardio..

My friend say's i should do a winnie only cycle ( oral )... ive never done Winstrol (winny) before, and wonder if i should be doing oral or injects.... and if i should pair it up with test prop or another kind..

Winnie blows......period. If you ain t massive looking to dry out.....DONT DO IT..

Go back to what you did..test e s or c for 500 for 12-16..clean up diet, get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and some hcg...

Yeah he is an idiot! thats why i brought my questions here instead.. I need to cut down alot, and i seem to be stuck at 190-195..I got extra big on test, but i didn't really get CUT's.. which i guess had alot to do with my past diet. Anyway's thanks for your input!
 
You claim to have done 3 cycles already and asking this type of question?( and dont even remember the type u took ) Lawl. Major Research time, and lay off aas until you are at least mildly educated lol. Im not trying to be rude but this post coming from someone with those claims is ridiculous

What bf % would you estimate? or post a pic, you should EASILY be able to hit 15% naturally fairly easily..

If you are actually hitting cardio 5 times a week and still above 15% you clearly have diet issues.

Maybe try eca stack - non aas

no need to be a dick.... i did the cycles under the advice and at the same time as a friend that is big and ripped i didnt do the research because he already did.. but since i moved i no longer have contact with him.. and am on my own now.

Hey dont get me wrong, im not trying to be a dick but being straight up and honest.

ive not even started my 1st cycle and i can answer those questions....that should throw up red flags of all kinds.

I feel for you since u had a friend and source to help before but putting that in your body and you cant even remember what you used =\.

Scary to say the least.
