I'm 5'10" / 185 Pounds - very defined.
Have done 4 small 6 -8 week cycles with stuff like EQI / Sustanon (sust) / OMNRA / Winstrol (winny) / TEST 200
I am presently doing a 16 week cycle as follows:
Weeks 1 - 6:
50 MG IP DBOL - (split in half so 25MG each time)
750 MG of Testoviron 250 in 2 shots - M/TH
50 MG Winstrol (winny) Pyramid: 4 - 5 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 4
Weeks 7 - 16:
VAR 50 MG ED - 30 in the morning and 20mg 8 hours later
750 MG of Testoviron 250 in 2 shots - M/TH
Primo 5 shots a week 500 MG
For weeks 7 - 16 I want to add something that concentrates on pure strength, no bulking or defining, any suggestions?
