Cycle advice for a guy with history of naturally accoring gyno

Hi guys. I need some advice that is personalized for a guy with a history of naturally occurring gyno.

I have been lifting since I was 15 and I am now 30. I never took any gear until I was 28 but I got gyno several times as a teenager. The first time was in one nipple when I was 19. My nipple was huge and hard and I thought I had cancer, seriously. I never had health insurance as a kid so I could only go to a doctor that took cash. My doctor never used the word gyno and told me to hot compress it twice a day. Well, i did that and it literally took months for it to go away. To this day I don't know what caused it or what really caused it to go away but a hot compress seemed to make it smaller. Then, about 2 years later I got the same thing again but this time in both nipples. Again, I wasn't taking any gear so I don't know what caused this naturally occurring gyno. So again, it took several months for it to go away. Both times were right before summer so I had to wear a shirt all summer out of embarrassment.

Fast forward to 2 years ago and I did my first cycle of Sustanon at only 250 for 12 weeks. I was 5'11" 275 at probably about 15% body fat. Well, I was new to all of this and even though I did post cycle therapy (pct) with nolva I got the gyno again in both nipples (All my buddies said I didn't need to run anything with it at such a low dose). My doctor said it was normal and wouldn't do anything for me. So I got some more nolva and it sort of helped but not all the way. I have it a bit now but strangely it shows up way more if I am hot and if I am cold it doesn't show up so much...I don't know if this is normal.

Fast forward to today and I am ready to do a cycle of Test C and Deca (maybe 400/200 or 400/400 I am still trying to decide) but with my huge history of gyno I need some advice personalized for me. I am open to any advice and I hope you guys can help me out. I was told to run Letro for 2 weeks before the cycle and through the whole cycle to post cycle therapy (pct). I am not sure if I need to do something additional or not. I would greatly appreciate the help. I have read many thing about the subject but I seem to be much, much more susceptible than the average guy.

Thanks in advance.

Cut em out both mammary glands.
or..run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like aromasine and have letrozol on hand if you need to go nuclear. DO NOT run nolva if you run deca as it ll get you from another angle..progesteron...
if your prone to gyno you will suffer more side s than someone who only get s it on gear..hack em out and you ll never have to worry..5k or so.

Bro, from what you are saying, .5 ed isn't gonna touch your gyno. You need to listen to teutonic and go "nuclear" with some letro. In order to stay away from the scalpel, you are gonna have to sacrifice a hard dick for about a month, lose all sex drive, and go thru more sleepless nights with your sheets soaking wet from "night sweats" due to excessively low estrogen levels, but its the only way to knock that shit out of there. Trust me, the trade off will be worth it. The letro will clean up the masses that are bound to the receptors and your body composition will change. Hit it hard and fast, get it over with, taper off correctly to avoid rebound and you'll be happy you did it.

Good advice teutonic.....

I would like to bunk the theory that just because you have gyno surgery you're not prone to gyno anymore. I've had the surgery on both nips and still get gyno symptoms - sensitive nipples, small lumps, etc.. I had a mass about the size of a quarter removed from both sides. The surgeon told me he leaves some in there so the nipple has some support and won't look concave.

You're right chip. I dint mean for clearing it up I just meant to prevent from worsening. I have a small case of gyno from when I was a teenager and knwo Adex helps keep it from flaring worse while on cycle

YO MM..I stand corrected.. I should have been more comprehensive in my input..there are cases, many actually, where gyno surgery is not a quarantee it will never come back.
I had my left mammary gland taken out in 1989..it was the size of my thumb as it was growing along the bottom of the pec...while he was at it,( roomate s dad did it in his parlor..country ass doctor )I told him to do the other... " just cuz".
To date I m good to go. However your right and even with removal ..some may suffer flares and growth. Proper estrogen control or eradication with cycle s is a must..imo.
