Cycle after gyno surgery!

Alright gentlemen this 2nd cycle, although i had gyno surgery almost 2 months ago (puberty) theres not to much info on the net about post cycling after surgery, so im going to try to be a lab rat. I understand alll the risks, and did a ton of research. Heres my cycle im actually a week in already, keeping it simple
500mg test E (1-12)
40mg Dbol (1-4)
.5mg adex (1-12 extend to 14?)
pct TRS w/ 20mg nolva 15-18
5"11 185 22yr 12-14 b.f.
Now i understand dbol is one of the worse for gyno my philosophy is see how i react to this stuff now, for future heavier cycles. I aslo have letro on hand incase i feel any lumps. (fingers crossed)


Now ill post a week of updates, after my gyno surgery i couldent work out for a month it sucked i ended up loosing almost 10 pounds was eating like crap very depressing (although my chest looks great). So i started the cycle @ 180 im already 5 pounds up gains look nice a clean to. taking 2 shots (mon, thurs) 250mg of HG test e everything went smooth. 6 days into 40mg of dbol no nip sensitivity. I'm pretty confident in my workouts and cycle only thing is diet, heres a sample of what i ate yesterday im eating a ton! Goal is lean weight shooting for 15-20 ibs i think muscle memory will play a role hopefully

10:30am(work nights) oatmeal, 6egg whites 3 eggs

12- 8oz steak, skinless chicken breast greek salad

2- can tuna, half a large yam
5- PWOshake other half yam cup blue berries
7- nice chunk of Lean ground beer, whole wheat slice
10-Protien blast (@wrk cant make food)
2:30am-before bed 2cups 1%cottage cheese.... i am def. an ectomorph i need to work my ass off to gain weight. Alright theres my updates ill keep em coming hope this helps someone w/ gyno 1 day
 
They removed MOST of the gland they cant remove all of it leaves me indented. Everything is going awesome so far my chest workout yesterday was awesome up 10ibs on my dumbell press. 1 of the main reasons i did this cycle was my chest was weak and flat the doc did a great job but i lost some of my chest muscle.
 
im going to start to try up updating more frequently.
Day8: Im 193.5 thats 8.5 pounds up this is my 2nd time doing dball but wow i love this stuff. I have liquidex i like this stuff because i can get really accurate with the dosing im now taking .4mg ED instead of .5 and still absoultly no nip sensitivity. Just finished my back workout only had 45min to workout so i did my deads and after each set i rushed to lat pull down,arm dumbbell rows, pullupsetc Again i'm just getting my STR back this was probably one of the most productive workouts ive had in a while! No need to worry about my gyno showing it felt great... Last week my deads were way down im back up to 3plates and quater on each side thats 90 pounds up since last week! Muscle memory is playing a huge role in everything. Anyway so far so good cant wait till the test kicks in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow is off ill update thurs
 
Nice to hear! I plan on getting gyno surgery as well! (3-4 months) I also plan on cycling afterwards, and will post before and after pics when im done.
