Hi all. Here are some stats to start:5'8.5, 260 lbs., about 21-23% bodyfat. Training on and off for over 20 years, this last run is very consistant for the last 7 years. In that time, there was 1 cycle-a straight cyp. cycle of 1000 mg. a week for 12 weeks. Got bigger and stronger, but didn't really see any fat loss (wasn't really expecting to).
Anyway, am gonna go on again this summer, and have access to most everything. My goal is body recomposition, with some strength. The body recomp. is the number 1 priortiy for sure. Nutrition and cardio. will definitely be in check as well.
My question is, what would be the best cycle for body recomp. and strength? I am really not sure what would be the best cycle for fat loss and lbm maintenance. Any help would really be greatly appreciated.
