Setting up a new cycle and want some advice.
5'9" 178lbs 12-14% Body fat
Lifting for 10 years
Week 1-3 -- Dbol = 50mg ED
Week 2-11 --Test E = 500mg 2x wk
Week 8-11 -- Winstrol (winny) = 50mg ED
Week 3-15 -- Aromasin = 12.5mg EOD
Two weeks only Aromasin
Four weeks Nolva 40mg ED first two weeks then 20mg ED final two weeks. (Clomid instead of Nolva?)
Calorie intake will be 3500-4000
Workout Outline:
Mon: Chest/Tri
Tue: Back/Bi
Wed: 1 hour of cardio/abs
Thur: Shoulder/Calves
Fri: Quads/Tri
Sat: Hams/Bi/Calves
Sun: 1 hour of cardio/abs
Supplements:
Whey
Waxy Maize
Casein
Glutamine
Beta Alanine
Creatine???(needed?)
Taurine
Arginine
BCAA
Liv52
Daily Vitamin
I want to make sure I have all angles covered on this stack. Any suggestions/recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
