I assume that your bulking, you need to eat allot more, just a quick look and your protien is low. It's real light in the AM, you need to sart off with a bang, wake up and EAT. You have been starving all night.
Your workout, um you kinda hit back and tri's, neither very well. Tri's generally are on chest or arm day. Back needs it's own day, I don't see deads or hypers in there.
Honestly bro, this isn't what you want to hear, stop the juice pronto and develope a way better plan. A better WO is where you need to start and that alone will make you some nice gains. When you plateu hit the gear. You will be better of starting out leaner especially with the DBOL or you will pack on more water than Oprah. I know I did it once. Good luck..
