I am currently 24 yrs old, 6' 1 and floating around the 90kg mark. I have been training for 7 years, I would say its only the last 3 years I have been taking it a lot more seriously with possible thoughts of competing in the future.
My first cycle was
SUPERTEST 400
(150mg Test E , 50mg Test Iso, 50mg Test Phenylpropionate , 150mg Deca )
Equipoise
1ml Supertest + 1ml Equipoise = Twice a week
I found I had some good strength and size gains with no side effects.
I am about to start my second cycle
1ml Supertest + 1ml Equipoise = Twice a week
50mg of dianabol (An hour before each workout 4/5 times a week)
I have chosen to keep the same cycle with just adding the dianabol as I found it worked well for me.
I would like to know people thoughts on this? Am I taking the Dbol at the right time etc? I know there is a lot of mixed opinions on spreading it across the day taking it as a pre work out.......
Also is this to big a dose for a second cycle? should I increase or decrease amounts?
