my stats are as follows: 27yoa, 5'10, 251lbs. @ 18-21%bf, lifting for 9 years. have done 3 test only cycles with good results. i have currently began a cycle and now into the 3rd week. i have put on 8 1/2lbs. i also keep a journal of all meals and workouts. started cycle at 242lbs.

cycle:
weeks 1-10 test cyp. @ 400mg/wk
weeks 2-12 deca @ 400mg/wk
weeks 12-15 Winstrol (winny) @ 50mg/eod
weeks 11-15 t-3 @ tapering scale ex. (1/1/1/1/2/2/2/2).

nolv. on hand and for pct.
hcg for pct.

any opinions and advise accepted!!!

i would run the test 1-11 and deca 1-10.... then the Winstrol (winny) 9-14 if you can at 50mg ED.... but if you are only gonna do 50mg EOD for 4 weeks, then do it weeks 10-13 then start post cycle therapy (pct) week 14
 
STARTED WEEK 4 YESTERDAY. UP FROM 243 TO 253LBS. SO FAR SO GOOD. THE 10LBS ARE NICLEY NOTED BY CO-WORKERS, GOOD MOTIVATIONAL TOOL. BUT I NOTICE 1 THING THAT IVE NEVER NOTICED BEFORE. MY STRENGTH AND POWER IS OFF THE WALL BUT MY ENDURANCE IS LOW! NOT ABLE TO HOLD SOMETHING LIGHT IN WEIGHT FOR A LONG TIME. ANYONE NOTICE THIS AS WELL?

in the middle of week 5. from 243 to 2591/2 lbs. 7 weeks to go. cant wait to add the Winstrol (winny) and t-3 to harden and cut a little.

I've read somewhere on the net that steroids reduce cell respiration, less endurance because your muscles arent getting ample oxygen
 
Dont know what youv read but Iv always heard and noted that steroids increase endurance greatly. It increases blood volume and RBC so more oxygen is transported into the cells. How are your carbs?
 
Well your Cycle Is pretty long but If your have Problem with endurance I Suggest you check your Protein Assimilation Factor Buy some Digestive enzymes I am 90% sure its the problem YOUR Assimilation, For the cycle I think its too long but If it works well for you :)
 
my carbs are moderate. between 300-400g a day. imo i think its recovery. my workouts are not lagging in endurance. like this.......when talking on the phone i have to constantly change hands because my body part is sore or weak and i catch a wicked pump. not that its a prob. just never noticed it before, thats all.

beginning of week 7 up to 263 and looking much better. just keeping you'll feeled in!

just started week 10. added Winstrol (winny) @ 50mg/eod and t-3. last 3 weeks have removed majority of carbs from diet and will continue to do so for remainder of cycle. my weight is at 258lbs. and have lost a noticable amount of bf. hope the Winstrol (winny) and t-3 take up the slack.
