Cycle plan for early to mid May (ish)

Quick (recent) history:
-Ran a long, high-dose tren cycle. Started at 196-198, 10%. Hit 215 legit with same or lower bf, that was with a proper AI...also got to 220 when I was using under-dosed or possibly bunk exemestane from ar- r.
-Finished PCT a few weeks ago -weight is holding steady at 208-210 depending on the time of day.

Near future:
-Bloodwork scheduled for end of April
-Depending on how bloods look, I will determine the start date for my upcoming cycle - targetting early to mid-May.

Goals:
-Bodybuilding primarily ~230lbs, lean (9-10% bf)

Cycle:
Wk 1-13: 1,200mg Test-E/wk (500mg E3D ~ 1167mg/wk)
Wk 1-2: 700mg Test-P/wk (100mg ED)
Wk 3: 350mg Test-P (50mg ED)
Wk 14-15: 700mg Test-P/wk (100mg ED)
Wk 1-14: 700mg Fina Ace (100mg ED)
Wk 1-14: 600mg EQ (250mg E3D ~ 583mg/wk)
Wk 4-7: Anadrol 60mg ED
Wk 12-15: Var 40mg ED
Wk 14-15.5: HCG @ 200IU EOD

AI and PCT will be pharm grade this time; aromasin ~25mg ED on cycle, 12.5mg first two weeks of PCT & nolva/clomid four weeks.
 
Diet will be adjusted based on actual weight gain, of course - targetting 1-2lbs per week, closer to 2lbs during the anadrol phase and tapering down near the end of the cycle.

Additional calories as needed will be added via carbs (ICE CREAM BABY) and subtracted with fewer scoops of whey per day.

Plan is for Monday morning to Sunday afternoon, follow this. Sunday evening is typically a family dinner which will be my main cheat time.

Meal 1: 2 scoops whey, 2 multigrain bagels or 2 cups oatmeal with 2 table spoons natural peanut butter
70g pro, 120g carb 20g fat

Meal 2 (post workout): 3 scoops whey, 2 fruit, 1 yogurt, 2 granola bars
75g pro, 125 carbs, 10g fat

Meal 3: 1.5 cartons of egg whites, 1 multigrain bagel, 2 table spoons natural peanut butter,
75g pro, 60g carb 20g fat

Meal 4: 12oz chicken breast/steak/extra lean meat 400g rice (cal wise sauce)
75g pro, 100g carbs 10g fat

Meal 5: 2 cans tuna, 2 wrap bread, veggies, low fat mayo
60g pro, 50g carbs, 10g fat

Meal 6: 1 carton of egg whites 2 table spoon natural peanut butter
50g pro, 20g fat
OR
1 cup no-fat cottage cheese, 1scp whey, 1 table spoon natural peanut butter
55g pro, 10g carb, 10g fat

Macros are roughly 35p/45c/20f, calories are approximately 4250 ED.
 
If your gonna run cycles like that are you just stay on forever? I dont meen no disrespect but fuck I can't imaging trying to recover after that cycle lol
 
If I reach my goal I may still PCT and resume using more moderate cycles along the lines of 12wks on / 18wks off, 1g or less AAS.

I'll be honest and say I can see myself cruising as a bridge to the next cycle afterwards if I haven't hit my goal of 230. I doubt my natural test production will support 230lbs lean forever, but my intention is to try to keep at least 220~225 post- PCT.

If I end up dropping down to the 210 range again I will have to decide between blast & cruise life or if I can be happy with 210 & small cycles w/ PCT.

RE: your previous post, that is alot of anabolics to be sure, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it to someone else.
 
whats your bf%? Im maintainjng 235 12% just cruising on clomid and clen every now and then. I can't seem to hold anything over 240lbs without gear. I like how I'm looking now, I'm just scared to cycle again cause I finally got my test back up again, I dont wanna be on trt.

Calipers say 9% but I feel they're a little generous - 10-11 is my guess.

I look about the same around the midsection as I did when the dexa pod said 10 a year and a half ago.

I don't let myself get very fat because I absolutely abhor being hungry when cutting...it literally gives me bad headaches - I'd rather keep things in check and avoid the angst.
