I am starting cycle soon of Test 700mg/wk and NPP(Deca) 500mg/wk for 8 weeks.....

I have Prami....should I only run the Prami if I start too see prolactin sides?
or should I run it through whole cycle to be safe..and are there added benefits/ or disadvantages too running it through cyce?

Thanks ahead

If you're confident that you know how to manage Estrogen properly, you can keep Prami on hand. Otherwise, use it.

As Austin said if u keep estrogen in check then u should b able to just keep it on hand. But this will require at least one on cycle blood test if not more. U don't wana. Just assume ur E is ok u need to get bloods and make sure u don't need to ajust anything. As far as I no there's no disadvantage of taking prami the whole time. I took it on my tren cycle just to make sure I had no issues. I ran a low dose and I was just fine. And it made me feel like a young stallion in bed.

I would go the better-safe-than-sorry route and use Prami the whole time. It can be difficult to know when your estradiol is sometimes creeping up too high while on cycle.

I'm a firm believer that prolactin levels can elevate independently of well managed estrogen levels. What's your take on this?

I believe this because during my last tren cycle, I started off using liquid caber. Right before mid-cycle, you were the one that notified me that caber was unstable in liquid form. Then right after that, I experienced "Tren Dick" (I know you don't like that term but I don't know how else to put it, lol). I was running Test E @250mgs/week and Tren A @437.5mgs/week. I was using Arimidex @0.25mgs/EOD and my mid-cycle blood test showed that my E2 was in range but my prolactin levels were very high causing the "Tren Dick". I quickly ordered Prami from RUI and slowly worked my up to 0.5mgs/ED and a little over a week later, my libido was back to normal.

I believe it's definitely possible, I think I remember reading studies about prolactinomas and estrogen remained low. Have to go back and find that study to make sure so don't quote me just yet lol. But I think the point was that the most general of statements that can be made is "control E2 properly and PRL is likely to be a non-issue and always keep a dopamine agonist as backup at the very least". When you say E2 was in range, do you have the actual numbers to look at? Sometimes even a slight elevation in E2 (even when technically still in range) can exacerbate the negative sides of elevated PRL meaning without the slight elevation of E2 you might never have experienced the sides or such significant elevation of PRL. Just thinking out loud here bud
