Cycling anaerobic boost for short fast races

Im an Elite crit racer who've survived for the last few years with vitamins and Protein, but the load with my competitors have pushed me to the big boys level. As a Crit racer you need to be fast, strong and lots of anaerobic fitness. I was recomended winstrol but honestly I need help. Not looking to gain weight or get big muscles, just faster, stronger and with lots of red blood cells.
 
Im a male, 32years old, 67inches tall, 165-175 lbs depending on the timenof the year. Who puts an avg of 12hrs per week of trainning
