Cycling ECA stack?

I have read many conflicting ways to run the stack... Some say two weeks on, two weeks off similar to clen. I have also read 5 days on, 2 days off, and others say its ok to run straight through up to 6 weeks. Anybody have any advice on the most effective way to run this? thanks
 
take the most common and try it out. 2on 2off
the reason behind this is weight lose control. to much to fast wont give the skin a chance to catch up and running for a long period becomes less effective.

Would it be ok take clen on the off weeks? Or is that pointless because they both hit the beta receptors? I've also read two sides to that deal
 
I'm willing to take any advice from anybody experienced with this stack. I'm looking for optimal results, while getting the most bang for my buck
 
Stack that stuff with adderllin. Switch every other week. If you are going to take it alone then take some breaks here and there to rest your adrenals. I feel like thermogenics work better when you take the weekends off or occasional breaks.
 
Adderllin huh? Well I would certianly have to research it a little more considering I haven't really heard too much about it, but I'm definately intrigued
 
So from what I've gathered so far two on and two off seems the smartest way to go. But I'd love to hear other people's opinions as well. I read somewhere else that somebody would go three weeks, then only taking a week break while taking benedryl to clean out the receptors.

Step 4

Take one of each pill at the same time, usually in the morning and usually prior to a workout. Start with just one 8mg ephedrine tab increasing the next day to 2 tabs then finally to 3 to test your tolerance. Then move up to two doses and three if you feel your body can take it. This should be done in a cycle. It should be cycled off every six weeks so your body doesn't get used to it and it maintains its effect.

Tips & Warnings

If your getting great results with just 1 Ephedrine tablet stick with that, in this case more is not better, you'll know if one is enough.

The ECA stack will help you lose fat within the first couple weeks even if you're not exercising. Of course, it will be most effective when combined with a good diet and exercise.

Ephedrine will suppress your appetite. Try to keep eating to give yourself enough energy to work out and give something for the ephedrine to burn.
*
Like any supplement, an ECA stack can be dangerous. The ephedrine alone will speed up your heart rate, but combined with the caffeine, and it can be a little overwhelming until you get used to it.

Ephedrine will burn fat, but it will also burn muscle if you're not lifting weights or maintaining the proper diet.

i've read in a few places that the thermogenic effects actually increase with prolonged usage, unlike clen which is great for a short period of time. i've been on it for almost 6 weeks without aspirin and still get the same feedback as i did when i started. suppressed appetite, warm core, sweaty hands and all the other good stuff. of course the stimulant effects have worn off and insomnia is no longer an issue. my mouth is almost always dry and i am drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day. still losing fat and maintaining strength in a calorie deficit.

I like to ramp up and ramp down for a total of four weeks. However, do to the ramping schedule, I'm only on a full 75 mg of E for a total of two weeks.
