Cypionate First Cycle.

Hey guys. I am looking around at different threads and other information about Cypionate. I have been working out for 2 years and have had good results in keeping lean but not being able to get any bigger. I have switched it up to a couple different workouts and such and i am getting crazy strong yet no results on getting big. I am 21 6'5 225lbs. What should i do for dosage and how often and for how long? Thanks.
 
What is your current dosing? Typical is 500 mg per week.. How long you been pinning? Protein and Calorie intake? Sleep patterns? Need more info man
 
I had great results on 600mg a week of Cyp... Started to kick in about the fourth week into cycle. I ran it 12 weeks.
 
Standard first cycle recommended by the veterans here is 12 weeks of 500mg Test enanthate or cypionate (shoot twice a week 250mg each) followed up with PCT -- Nolvadex/Clomid. PCT starts 3 weeks after last shot for 21 days.



Make sure you eat well. Without adequate nutrition no matter how much gear you use, you will not grow. Focus on compound exercises i.e. bench press, squat, dead-lifts, barbell curls etc. As a rule of thumb get a minimum 1 gram of protein per pound, if not more. Try to get around 5000+ calories daily. Focus on bulking on 1st cycle.

Hey sorry i couldnt find my thread so it took me ages to find it again. I am about to start it. This will be my first time doing a cycle. I am 22 6'5 and 230 lbs. I eat lots and its alot of healthy food. I am also drinking weight gainer shakes ( quick mass) and at the moment i am also taking a testosterone pill ( test). My sleeping patters are a bit up and down due to the fact i work at a bar and i work odd hours and usually up till about 3-4 am. If you guys have any extra info on what would be good to eat or for workouts that would be great. I also am going to take a blocker so i have zero chance for any kind of gyno happening and i dont want to gain much fat out of it.
