Hey all,
I was just doing some reading about this. I stumbled on it because it's probably the most common soreness I get if I'm going to get sore (40-60hr post muscle fatigue for me).
Some quick searching around the net and I find some bodybuilders like it, some avoid it... different opinions.
I'd love to here your personal experiences... if it helps gains/strength for you vs AMS (Acute Muscle Soreness)... what you do to induce or avoid it... what you do once you have it....etc.?
If you never heard of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), do a quick Google and read a bit. I just did.
Cheers!
