Daily diet schedule?

I've been doing alot of reading about my diet, and I have a hard time finding a good daily meal schedule. I'm 6' 185 pounds and having a hard time gaining anymore! Can someone write me up a daily meal schedule or point me in the right direction to find an already written out schedule? I already eat 6 meals a day with protien, and calorie shakes also, just not sure if I'm eating the right stuff. I've read that I could eat pizza and burgers to help gain weight, but I don't want my colesteral and blood presure threw the roof by the time I start my next cycle. Any thoughts? Thanks
