Daily protein intake - your thoughts?

Sound off guys, Id like to get a general consensus on daily protein intake. Please take a quick second to post...

- Stats (height, weight, on/off AAS, cutting/bulking, ~bf%)
- Daily intake of protein in grams (100g, 400g you get the point)
- Are you happy with your results (be it strength gains, size, whatever)

I'll be second...

- 5'8", 260lbs, currently running post cycle therapy (pct), body fat 15-19%
- 300-350g
- never done the massive protein intake some advocate, but have pretty much had success with what I have been doing. Of course, it could always be better...
 
Okay, here ya go
-5'7" 180 cutting 10 pounds before bulking cycle. BF @ around 10-11%
-300g pro a day
-Trying to hit 205-210 on next cycle and stay lean as well!
 
I'm not a big fan of massive protein intake.... here is mine:



5'10 190lbs, 11-12% bodyfat
Protein intake: 280-320g a day
I usually try to stick with 40-50g per meal at most.
 
5'8" 230lbs, 8-10%
Protein Intake - I try for over 400grams per day (500 would be optimal)
I always thought high protein was overhyped... until I started doing it. First I just increased the amount of protein in each shake. That alone gave me some nice results. Then I started to increase the amount of protein foods I ate.

Overall I have found this has increased my gains tremendously as well as helped shed bodyfat while bulking.
 
- 6'3" 230 cutting to drop fat before bulking again BF 12%
- Protein Between 300-400 depends on if the chow hall sucks that day + shakes
- losing an average of 1-2lbs a week, I attribute it to an increase in Cardio, while retaining most of the mass
 
6'2, 220 lbs, no Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) usage yet, bulking, 13-15%
Currently 250g-400g
I'm gaining well enough, but I would still like (at least) another 40 lbs of muscle
 
5'11, 242 lbs current bf 13%
It varies greatly, usually from 250- 465g pro.
On the weeks that I have a high consumption on protein I can defin. notice the results. For me high protein really works. 350g and up.
 
- 5'10", 190 lbs, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), cutting (I *hate* my tummy fat), don't know bf%. Maybe 15%.
- ~300 grams, but I'm up to at least 400 grams since yesterday and plan to stay there for a while. Carbs are currently heavily restricted.
- I'm only satisfied with the muscle gains when taking in lots of carbs with the protein. Unfortunately, doing so without gaining a bit of fat is a somewhat difficult for me.
 
- 6'5", 306 lb, +1g of test only, always bulking, BF I don't know and don't care.

- Never under 350 grams a day, usually over 400 grams. I do not count calories.

- Good results, but not satisfied. I have not seen the positiv effects of extreme high protein intake, for me it's a little bit overrated but I do eat as much as I can.

-6`0, 220,Just finished my precycle cutting, doing a "cleanbulk" in 3w,my bf is 11%.

-Around +300g a day.

-Dont matter so much its nutrition for the body just like carbs etc, but have an little boost in the muscles i think :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
 
5'7" 178lbs not on, cutting right now about 10-13%bf
about 300g protein
losing muscle but cutting so that’s to be expected... need to up my kcals though!!!!!


holly shi@,,, just did my fitday ,, i have only been taking in about 2300kcals in for about 4 weeks now!!!!!! still keeping it at about 300g protein. like i said cutting ,, guess i didn't realize just how few kcal i was consuming..

I'm 5'11 216 about 14-15% bf I guess, bulking.
Eating 250-300gr protein a day, thinking i may try upping that another 50 or so.
Also eating 550-700 gr carbs a day, 80-120 gr fat.
 
5'9" 222......not sure on bf......im not fat for sure, just bulky. Dont know on the protein anyhow either b/c i dont use any protein supplementation.

I eat! I eat and i eat large. Lots of steaks, lasagna......amything w/ meat in it and if io can add extra cheese i do.
