in my 8 years of dieting and training, 4 years seriously, this has never occurred to me.
for years i've been preparing chicken cutlets but they never stay tasting good when you store them. then it hit me. why the fuck dont i just get it ground and just mix it with rice or noodles or whatever. it stays tasting good for day and its way easier to prepare and cooks faster.
anyone else does this? any recipe tips?
