Well it seems as if I have messed up this time. But to what degree I am not sure. The outside portion of my elbow hurts when I turn my wrist. It happened after a set of heavy dips on a heavy chest day.
Moves that hurt the most: overhead tricep extensions, dips, and...well pretty much everything tricep. The question is, does anyone think it is tennis elbow? The literature points to that injury. Doctor seems to think so as well.
Has anyone had some injury similar? Any ideas on the requisite rest period needed to recuperate?
