Anybody have his email address. I remember seeing it somewhere before, but i cant find it. I just need to ask him a few specifics about DC training. Thanks

Just in case he's a member here, or anybody else can help out, heres basically what im going to be asking

1. What rep range have you found works best for most people you train...you usually mention incline smith press with 375 for 12-15 reps as an example....should I assume that all excersizes should be done 12-15 reps, or have you found that lower ranges work better since the DC manual is a few years old?

2. In 1 week im going to start a 10mg m1t/800mL 4ad E/D stack....should this affect the way i set up my training or should i keep everything the same? (besides the weight sky rocketing of course)

3. At 20 y/o, 5'11" 170 lbs is 3500 calories an optimal amount of calories for my m1t cycle bulk (3000 when not on m1t). I noticed you eat over 7,000 calories a day, and 3500 just seems pretty low compared that....but im trying to stay as LEAN as possible.

Thanks to dante, or anybody that can give me an address or answer my questions

Dante isn't going to want to read your Email. He gets loads of Emails from his PAYING trainees everyday. He won't have time to answer your questions.

Post your question on intensemuscle and someone there MIGHT answer it for you.

Yeah. If someone doesn't answer, you should consider yourself fortunate if he responds in an open forum. It is unfair to ask to be essentially coached, for free, when that is what he charges others for.

Just like a lawyer at a party doesn't want to be spending all their free time translating legalese for you.

I know you came over to IM cause I think I just answered one of your questions, go to IM and read all of DC's stickys in the Dogg Pound, they are very helpful and will give you a decent handle on what to do, remember that maybe 40% or the training and only 10% on the diet is out on the boards, no one size fits all in this program...
