Up to about 16/52 ...train 4x per week...3 week cycle...heavy/higher reps/compound sets 4 low int cardio ~45" sessions Diet low carb @16/52 increased cardio to ~60" sessions.....increased carbs a bit...commenced ECA stack @8/52 4 sessions weights all heavy.....diet the same....introduced HIIT 3X a week for ~ 30-40" Week out....carb cycled and loaded with h20 till the day before. Really happy ...just started tooooo fat. Commneced at 95kg 20 weeks out and competed at 79. Next year I'll try and stay at the mid-80's and go hard from there and should get to about 5%
