Dave Palumbo KETO DIET please advise

so ran a cycle of katana n hella, i think i have a thyroid problem, didn't lose any weight even with a CLEAN CLEAN diet and morning cardio, i did everything right but nothing seems to work.
i had to stop the cycle because i have a sinus problem that causes extreme dizziness, the gear seemed to make it worse =(
took cycle support twice daily, 10 pills a day when 8 was recommended, had lots of raw salad, alkaline water - i took proper precaution but just didn't get the results i wanted =(
this is my last resort
KETO DIET

stumbled upon DAVE PALUMBO's keto diet
he has a protocol for 200lb men
it's about 2800 cals
that's WAY too much for me

I'm 21 yrs young, 5'5", FAT, i look great w clothes on, horrible shirtless - 180lbs, 26-30% body fat
that leaves me with about 130lbs of lbm
i will post pics tomorrow
so i think my maintenance is 2500 cals, i'm shooting for 2000
LOOKING TO STRIP OFF BF LIKE MELTING BUTTER - i want to get RID of this bf asap
in two more weeks when my insurance is back, i will get this nasal surgery, and check my thyroid
till then, no roids, no supplements ASIDE FROM ALBUTEROL starting soon, and this KETO diet!!!

Looking to stick with eggs, chicken, whey, peanut butter, olive oil, walnuts, and raw salads to stay alkaline. also raw broccoli in water at night.
dave palumbo has a famous KETO diet that's on various diff boards u can google search it. he has a protocol for 200 pounders but that's too much for me. this is loosely based on that, minus salmon and cashews.
what do you guys think ?!

any experience w keto here? do u guys think my calories are spot on?
thanks in advance for all support. i've been trying so many dif diets, EVEN A DIET W 3J, he coached me for a month, nothing worked, it's SO so discouraging

stims make me BUG OUT w this sinus infection so after my surgery i'm anticipating a cycle of CLEN and T3
let's see how this works out

ALSO - no drinking, i used to be a HARD drinker, i'm talking 3 times a week smashed like the hangover. i'm on a dance team so we PARTY.
but in the last 2 months, i've drank twice or thrice. no weed nothing. i rly want to come to 10% body fat

working well so far.
been running keto for two weeks but was having too many calories.
followed this protocol yesterday and today. yesterday i was 181.5lbs. today morning before shitting i was 179. after shitting i was also 179 =(
but that seems like good progress for a day lol, will update tomorrow!

i know KETO is something hard to nail, that's why i'm trying to do it RIGHT
two weeks was tough experimenting but i think and HOPE this works for me
 
Sounds good, I'm on keto so far but I try to keep it 0 carb, I get between 1800-2000 kcals a day and I have pork chops, chicken, raw eggs, tuna occassionaly, whey protein and lots of mayonaise with everything :D. Sometimes I'll mix a tablespoon of olive oils with my raw eggs,I drink a lot of pepsi max because it tastes so good and running an EC stack too, So far I'm down 18 lbs in 22 days. I'm 182 lbs 18% bf.
