If my Free Testosterone levels are low.... does that mean that my Total Testosterone levels are probably low as well?

Why do some doctors go by Free Test while other go by Total Test.

Which one is best to go by?

If I take AS... will both natural levels drop?

I would love some info from some of the experts out there. Thanks!

Your levels are low. What is your doctor going to do to fix it is the better question? Are you going to be put on testosterone therapy... HCG?? Whats he/she telling you?

My doc does not think she should put me on HRT/TRT. My Free Test level is 9.8 ( the normal range for a man 18yrs old to 80yrs old is 8.7 to 25.)

So I'm 32 and i'm at the borderline low level. That sucks! I have all the low Test problems (fatigued, low libido) but she's worried about the long term effects.

I asked her to check my total test levels. That's why i was hoping someone could tell me the diffrence and whether that will give me a better understanding of what's going on in my body..

You should find a more sympathetic doctor. A woman may not see those as all that bad where most males would disagree.
