i just started back and today had horrible dbol back pomps that made me have to sit out between sets, problem is that im clean right now and have been for 9 months. whats going on?
I dont know, i sometimes used to have such stuff every now and then, maybe you changed your routine ? or started out with deadlifts then tried to do rows ?

At last someone feels my pain! Im with you here man, ive had the same problem for about 9yrs now, even worse when I go on a course especially with dbol. main problem for me is walking get insane painfull back pumps. Physio says ive got constant tension in my lower back. Acupuncture works well but pain is still there slightly. Try light stretches or a hot water bottle behind the back for 10mins 3 times a day.
You need to try and increase the blood flow in your lower back. Lots of things can cause it from bad posture to something light that has aggrevated it.
my trainer said to try hip flexor stretches but i donno. i feel like my posture is sufferng from this as well and my back is arching in a weird way if that makes sense like im sticking my ass out
just really sucks and i basically cant work legs once it starts
