Dbol gyno/roid gut concern

I used one cycle of oral dbol (can't remember dosage but it wasn't anything crazy) probably five years ago in college and I'm afraid it was a huge mistake. I was pretty naive and stupid about the whole process and didn't take anything to offset the estrogenic effects right after the cycle was complete. The buddy I got it from was very confident that one cycle wouldn't cause any gyno or other negative side effects, but I feel like now five years later there have definitely been some effects. I definitely saw great gains with the dbol and I shot up past 210 lbs where I started around 190 or so and my strength gains were great as well. Which looked pretty good on my 5'10" frame.

Anyhow, that was the first and only time I've ever used and I've continued working out since then. Keep in mind the transition my body has gone through could also be contributed to the fact that I'm not nearly as active as I was in high school or college with sports and all. I can't imagine that sitting down for 6-8 hrs a day at a job can be all that great for the physique.

I can't remember exactly when it was but sometime after that cycle I started noticing the roid-gut that people get where the upper abs protrude. I've never bee too bothered by it but it's definitely something I did not have before the cycle. Before I cycled I was a more slightly built guy with a mid-distance runner type of build. I had good definition and was always pretty close to having a consistent six-pack. After the cycle though I feel like I've ruined my physique forever and that's something I can never get back. I also started noticing some potential pre-gyno activity in my chest. Now I haven't been to a doctor for this but I feel I'm definitely on the brink or have been for quite awhile. I've always had a large/strong chest but now it resemble more of what you see in the gyno pictures you see on the web (muscle with flab on top).

So my body has gone under a complete transformation to where now I'm around 240 lbs. Like I said I've not abandoned working out as I'm probably the strongest I've ever been now so I know that contributes to some of the weight gain. The slight-track type body is all gone and I'm more of a fullback or linebacker now. Which at this point is not all that desirable. I'm just wondering if anyone else has seen negative side effects from using dbol just once and would those side effects remain in the body or alter your body's biology four to five years later?

I also see people writing about letro as a combatant to gyno but would that be an effective treatment for me being that it's been so long since I've cycled? I would assume usage of something like letro would only be good right after a cycle is finished.

its not the dbol man , dbol will not change your genetics, rather its just the fact that u stopped being o active and gained some fat and maybe lost some muscle mass and fullness . if u were to lean out a bit on a good diet , u will see u will begin to look more shapley and built . one dbol cycle isnt that strong , nor have i ever heard of it having such effects. the gyno on the other hand os something u can get . And yes , as u imagined , letro works best when gyno arises and u can still reverse it before it becomes permanent . Some people however still try to do a gyno protocol even after having gyno for along time and say it helps to shrink it a bit ... a diet and losing some body fat will lean u out and make u look and feel alot better as before . let me know if u would like a gyno protocol to try it ... however remember , using letro to reverse gyno can be very harsh . it bloacks almost all estrogen and comes with quite a bit a sides , however they do go away after discontinuing letro
 
Roid gut wouldn't happen from one cycle of dbol. I thinks it's a crazy shit tonne of gh that creates "roid gut"
 
Thanks for the input and advice, to everyone. I think the combinantion of less activity and gaining weight overall is probably the biggest culprit here. I just wanted to eliminate any doubt or suspicion I had regarding the dbol. I've never taken gh so perhaps my perceived "roidgut" is just being bloated or being full. When I wake up everyday my abs and stomach are fairly flat so getting onto a better diet and losing some of this love handle fat is probably the thing to do; sucks getting older I guess.

Before I try anything to try to counteract any gyno-type activity I think it'd be smart to lean up quite a bit first then see where I'm at and go from there. I know diet is probably the most important factor in losing fat but do any of you have suggestions on fat burning substances that are for the most part safe to use?

if your on aas then yesa letro is good. some even crash there estrogen to try and shrink gyno, but i feel this is unhealthy and not optimal. on cycle Aromatase inhibitor (AI) use to avoid gyno (serm in some cases for a short time with an AI) off cycle you can try SERMs like rolax or tamox even.

also one dbol cycle is unlikly but if you did get gyno form it and it was form long ago then most likely the only option would be getting it cut out. i would try a couple runs of a SERM liek ralox before going under the knife.

also having higher body fat can cause issues like this, many get it with out any aas use due to hormones and unhealthy body fat amounts.
