DBOL + Test E..What Arimdex Dosage??

I have been trying to find the correct dosage for Arimdex.
Few people on here say .50mg ED and other people say .25 EOD is enough...
People say high dosages is useless and "overkill"

This is for DBOL + TEST E to keep the Gyno out and Bloat down (Little water retention is fine because i want the strength gain.. Gyno isn't)

Weeks 1-11 Arimdex (.25 EOD?, .50 EOD?, .25 ED?, .50 ED?)
Weeks 1-4 DBOL @ 35mg ED (Spread Day)
Weeks 1-10 Test E @500mg (Mon/Thurs)
Weeks 10-11 500iu HCG everyday for 10days leading upto 4days before PCT
Weeks 12-15 PCT:
(14days after last injection (Test-E) (4days after HCG)
Clomid 50/50/50/25
Nolvadex 20/20/20/10/10

I have cut Clomid to 25mg during the 3rd week because i don't have enough to last 31days, and Nolvadex i want to run it for 10mg for an extra week (to be safe)

anything over .5mg/ed is overkill with arimidex...its also something you will want to run throughout your post cycle therapy (pct) if you start it

Aromisin is a better choice but no more than .5 a day. You can go up to 1mg but you shouldn't need to. Dbol and test both aromitize estro so it's a good idea for the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if trying to not bloat but remember diet contributes to this too.

We can say exactly how much you will need because everyone is different. Start at .25 ED and see how that works. If you need more move up to .5. If you didn't have estro sides on previous cycles then go with eod.

What if you don't run arimidex throughout the cycle, but then keep the same PCT?

ya just make sure you taper your dose for a few weeks before you quit so you dont get estro rebound

Please explain what you mean by Estro rebound regarding Superdave10's comment,

Is this caused by the Test from the cycle and the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) converting into estrogen therefor causing receptors to pick up estrogen since there is no AI?
