Really I think this would be evident man. Loosing water is all of the above ^^^ ways. Most people don't consider moving their bowels but this with urinating is prevalent. Also the sweating, AND while you are at rest you are loosening water under most conditions, unless you are really cool. Remember even though you don't realize it when you think you are dry , on a warm day your body is still loosing water as a natural cooling mechanism, evaporation.

Water cooled machine s are we with estrogen as a lube and food quality = octane and aas turbo/supercharging and tren being nitrous.
A lil goes a long way but quickly raises operating temp s to the point of burning up rings, bearings or at the worst grenading pistons or blowing out the crank.
