I upped the dosage on sunday.. Monday and tuesday... I got nose bleeds? Around this time of year, I normally do get nose bleeds but, could the upping of the dosage cause them too? Boyfriend told me to lower my dosage again so, I did... A buddy (The guy who I got the hormone off of) also said to take two days off, five days on... but, when I did that, which I had only done for two weeks... The first day after the two off, the headaches, and dehydration was unbearable -- Probably a bad idea, eh?
 
I wouldn't consider that a high dose at all. Dbol dose increase red blood cells. Are you drinking at least a gallon of water pr day?
 
oh yeah, if not more... gallon at home, and probably a gallon at the gym, easily... I took 12.5mg today... Just to play it safe, I don't want to fuck myself over.

First thing that popped in my head was blood pressure also. Makes sense when upping the dose. I'd take the dianabol every day as stated above. Everyone has there own way and will probably shit over this but w doses like what your taking I'm all about doing it all an our before workout. Yes I understand what the half life is.

But I love it, I'm like super women, lifting more then somE guys at the gym, such a rush! Speciallyy when I use to be a fatass, who thought 15lbs db was heavy, and was a working set, now I'm up to 45s/50s.

alright...well right now... the only pictures that i have are some pictures from my bodyspace page.. before i was 200, got down to 145, now I'm sitting at 165.. Hopefully by summer get back down to a soild 150.. bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/GermanBaby

Right now, I'm just focusing on getting my strength, and keeping it... Last year was my first time running var, i made a lot of progression in the weight room with it but, I didn't feel like I kept much.... example like, db rows, 60lbs... hit probably 10reps .... by the end of summer... 55lbs db, 8-10reps... And to be honest, it was probably my diet... I work in hospitality, in a little tourist city and, we get crushed in the summer... We're feeding 400+ people and, you don't even have time to eat, and it blows.

But yeah, there are some pictures for now... I'll eventually get to some more recent ones..
