i went to cuba... came back with a whole different out look

hit the Anavar (var) again in feb i think - trained like a motherfucker for 1.5mos cause, work started to pick up and my lay off was over

so here is me in april
 
never thought of it... i was just introduced to all this about a year ago... so, i`ve gained some knowledge, played around... lately all i`ve been doing is reading... obviously want to play with a few things.. I just dont know what I want yet... Alls i want right now is to get stronger and i am... beating PRs like crazy!!!
 
Just to be strong and healthy. I work in a kitchen... I look at some of the people and i'm just like fuck, really?! how do you let yourself go like that?! food is great, I looovveee eatting but, I dont wanna be a fat lard, who can't get to point a to b... nothing is worse when you're on a line, crammed in and, tubby is blocking the way..

When the weather is nice, I even start biking to and from work... I am a biker by nature... Ever since I was a kid, I've biked everywhere, probably where I got my thick legs from.

And nothing is better when a girl can do something better then a guy. Being the only girl in the kitchen, among 20 guys, is quit.... I don't even know how to explain it. I can't say intimidating... To me it's normal I guess. Weight room is where I unlock and load.. I don't go out drinking and I don't drugs.. Healthier way of living, I meditate there too, my routine is my religion. Gym is Church and, I pray to the Lord of muscles about six days out of the week to help me get stronger...

I think watching strong man when I was a kid, had a big influence on this too... I always said I want to pick up one of those stones, why don't I ever see girls doing it?
 
Wow! Great progress! Let me know if you need any training tips or nutrution advice I will be more than happy to help ;) can't wait to see how thick, solid, tight you can get! Stay motivated..

It's a shame more women don't share your viewpoint. I'm not huge on the masculine-looking look that some professional women bb'ers get from using highly androgenic compounds, but NOTHING beats the look and attitude that a female has when she regularly goes to "church". Looking forward to more progress from you. :)
 
We need more women like you haha, but congratulations on the progress. Stay safe and use some of the milder compounds.
 
thanks clman... and halfwit... it's good that most women dont share my point of view... could you imagine, girls in the weight room? standing there, fucking around, pissing you off even more...? fuck that shit!! And when guys go to the gym, isn't it better when there are no distractions, peaceful, you against the iron and no nimrod girl, begging for attention...
You go there for your 'me time'... i dont need women chasing the cotton mouse pissing me off.

Unless... they know what they're doing, and not getting in the way, and not just bending over crying for attention. Minding their own business and not being a damn chatter box...

I just want to be strong and keep my curves... Which is totally possible. I don't like the achieved look that some of the women have accomplished from using. And I don't like figure either.. I have nothing against either, I've always been a "Thick" girl and, I love that I am! My boyfriend loves it too, and he loves it when I can incline bench more then buddy beside me .. *Thumbs up, *Pats self on back...

And clman; I will def keep you posted... Trying to switch up the routine right now so, if you have any tips, share away!! I love trying new things; switching it up... I don't keep a specific routine... I narrow it down to... major muscle group and rotate. Today was a chest/bi day tomorrow is my day off, and saturday, I'll do back/tris... What I would like help with is delts!! sooo... if you got any good tips on that, i'd love to hear... well, read away!
 
Yes mam. The routine I'm using now is a push/pull/legs split. All compound lifts are trained strength style low reps b(3) but at least 7 working sets. and all accessory lifts are with hypertrophy style training. I've been setting PRs on lifts almost every week and still get to feel the pump haha. This similar to the program mike ohearn preaches. I think you could definately benefit from trying this out.
 
I guess I've been using the same theory. My first two sets, warm up, low weight, high rep 20-25. Next 3 sets follow as 15-12-8, then two working sets I'll try and hit 8 and my last set 10 (normally, those last 2 reps are forced.
 
you say you were disapointed when you got off the Anavar (var) because of loss of muscle after, be prepared, because after your off dbol, you will loose also, because dbol gives you mostly strength, not so much muscle mass, and fills you with water... just saying,
