I want to change my routine in June to put on mass and gain strength. I wanted to hear some opinions on what you think the better routine is for the above mentioned goals or what other routine you would suggest for bulking.
How long have you been lifting, stats etc? DC really isn't a program for beginners.
I've been lifting for 2 years. I'm 5'11" and just cut down to 175lbs from 194, I'm not sure about bf%.
Unless you really understand DC Training, go with the 5x5. It works great for beginners and intermediate-level lifters. Plus, you can just plug-in your numbers and the spreadsheet will figure everything else out for you.
