DEA came to my house.. need advice

So, I wake up this morning and my dad says a guy rolled up in a SUV and got out and asked for me. He's a "Special Agent" from the U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration. He told my dad that my name was on a list of records from so and so (my dad can't recall the name) and that the place is under investigation for distributing juice and that they want to talk to me. The guy left a business card to call him back at.

So, I have to call this guy back or he said he'll come out again soon. I've only ordered from two separate sources. I'm obviously not going to say a word about these sources, but I have a funny feeling I know who they are talking about.

So what do I say and what do I NOT say? I'm not a shy person or anything like that..I'm not scared, but figured I'd ask anyway!! Thanks fellas

Should probably consult with a lawyer before you make a phone call. I would do a search on specialized lawyers for this kind of thing. It will cost you some money but it is better you do the research before you call the guy back.

You should always have a lawyer in mind for when things like this occur. He/She will shed some light and may want to be present when you make a phone call / go in to speak with them.

I wouldn't say a damn thing.If they had enough evidence to bury you I know they would just charge you and take you to jail.

You're under no obligation to talk to anyone in law enforcement if you don't want too.If you do talk to them they will lie,manipulate and do anything they can to trip you up.

I would get rid of any evidence at your house so if they do a search you won't be sunk.Don't trust the cock suckers.

I agree with getting rid of any evidence. It wouldnt be a bad idea to get yourself a lawer too. The last thing you want to do is go talk with this guy and say something you didnt mean to and have them hold it against you if it does get to somewhere serious like court. Just keep your mouth shut and trash the you know what. good luck bro and keep us informed.

Your name was on record.....don't know why it would be there do you ?
Would seek out a lawyer just to be on the safe side of things,
Probably ask you for any information on why your records would be there.
If you deny it he can't do much, but try to scare you.

Your records being with a source who is under investigation means nothing..
Especially without evidence.

I can't afford a lawyer. I'm 23, just wrapped up undergrad..gonna be going to grad school. Working at the moment but all my $$ is going towards food and bills. I'm wrapping up a cycle right now, so all i have left is 5 ml's prop and post cycle therapy (pct). I have a ton of empty vials around that I'm going to get rid of.

I'm just not sure what to say when I call him back. Will they have a search warrant or some shit?

I would just call him ask whats up.
He will inform you of the situation and you go from there pretending you don't know shit because your don't.
They can't connect you to the source other than your name.
Anyone can give that information.

Id try to find out what they are goin to ask you first. Them coming to your house is a bad sign imo. Call and consult with a lawyer, hopefully its free. Im wondering if its okay to just dodge them untill this whole thing blows over and in the mean time get rid of any evidence at your house. Did you pay with a credit card in your name? Think of the things they can threating to bust you with, Possesion and buying. Good luck man.

This is exactly the sort of shit I was posting a few weeks ago. People that cant shut the fuck up & just gotta talk all the rage about a source online like no leo's read these forums trollin for info or leads. Takes some kind of dumbfuck to think you can talk openly about any source. Legal or otherwise. You are under no obligation to provide any info to any officer. Lawyer up. Spend the money. A charge could ruin your future. Use your constitutional right to remain silent. Don't talk to anyone about it. They could be used against you and it isn't very nice to put anyone in a bind. I hope you were smart enough not to be distributing illegal drugs.
