PB always use my dead stance for pause squats..
those articles were written some years ago the same thing with benching how Tate said the bar should be pushed straight up or towrds the feet..well they dont exactly preach that anymore
 
nice to know the guys are adapting just like the rest of us. i respect those guys a lot. esp loui. he has done more for strength training than any other one man has.

right now my passion is for buster, my new pulling sled. the little thing is the bomb. anyone not doing this movement needs to consider it. very rewarding.

and for anyone thats interested i have my training log posted at another site. it is evolving just as i am. :D

i keep it updated and will continue to so. its not wsb, its not mm, its not anything but a compilation of a lot of different stuff.

great post pullin, that is a good point that it is like a leg press at the bottom and save the hams and back for the top.
