How do you guys typically do your DL sets. I usuall do 2-3 sets for warm ups of about 10 reps
with 135 and 185.

Then
225 x 10
285 x 10
315 x 8
365 x 5
405 x 3
225 x 8



How about the rest of you, not concerned with weight amounts as much as % for reps.

I do one warm up set at 12 reps another light set at 10 then 3 sets at 6. If I feel strong I may do a set at 3 reps just for shits and giggles.
 
im about 210 19 yo old so dont laugh at my poundages.
I usually go:
135 X 10 warm up
225 x 6 warm up
315 x 3 warm up
365 x 6
395 x 4
405 x 3
 
135 x 6
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 5
475 x 5
550 x 5 work set
I warm up just enough to get the feel of the bigger stuff, but not enough to fatigue the muscle
 
i do them at the end of my back workout so i am already warmed up.

4 sets of 10

2 with 315
2 with 405
 
i go 135x15, 225x12, 315x10, 405x6-8, 495x2-3, then drop down to 225xas much as i can do before my back breaks
 
i do this

set 1 225 x 10
set 2 315 x 10
set 3 365 x 6-8
set 4 405 x 5
set 5 445 x 3
 
I do them at the end of my back workout as well. My weights vary but I do always go up in weight with each successive set and my rep range drops with each set, I do around 6 sets.
 
My last workout:

315x5
405x3
495x1
585x1
670x2 (work set)

Usually, I try for 1 set of 3-5. Doesn't always happen though, as you can see.
